They have won the championship four times, 1985–1986 (coach, Benjamin Reyes), 1988–1989 (coach, Dave Machemer), 1998–1999 (coach, Francisco Estrada) and 2016-17 (coach, Roberto Vizcarra). The team also won the 1986 Caribbean Series, played in Venezuela. The team plays at Estadio B'Air also known as "El Nido" (The Nest) with a capacity of 19,500.
